SALES TAX 8% ND SALES TAX - Unless you have a ND Sale Tax Resale Exempt Form on file with us. Fargo Auctions will be collecting ND sales tax. All fees associated with transferring titled items will be done at Motor Vehicle. BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM A buyer’s fee of 15% (premium) is charged on each item. Fargo Auctions will accept credit card payments with an additional 4% fee for transactions under $500. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $5,000 MUST BE PAID FOR BY BANK WIRE ONLY. All Cashier’s Checks must be made payable to Fargo Auctions. All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn. No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.
